Team profile

Iran

With five gold, two silver, and two bronze medals, the Men's Junior National Team of Iran is one of the most decoreated teams of Asia, with a presence in the medals round of every single continental tournament in last 17 years.

Iran is present at the 2015 U21 World Championships in Mexic as the reigning Asian champions -a set of brilliant talents chosen to become Iran’s senior team in the future.

Iranian juniors finished the fifth in the last edition of World Championship but do boast bronze medal, won in 2007. This year they travel to Mexico with a better result in mind.
