Americans and Iranians live an excellent experience in Mexico

Mexicali, Mexico, September 20 2015 - USA player Fey Kupono, appreciated the support of the fans and the attentions of local organizing committee during the FIVB Men's U21 World Championship, while Iranian coach Farhad Nafarzadeh stated that the Mexicali State Auditorium has such a great environment for volleyball.

The American player remarked that he and his teammates lived a great experience at the tournament celebrated in the cities of Tijuana and Mexicali.

"We came here to compete against the best teams of the world, this has been a very great experience and I really appreciate that," He said.

For the American coach, Daniel Friend, there were also good memories. "We leave with good memories and experiences, I think my favorite match at this world championship was the one against Russia, one of the top teams over the world, and we learned a lot," Friend mentioned at the end of the match against Iran.

Meanwhile, Farhad Nafarzadeh, coach of Iran stated: "For the environment, I liked to play against Mexico, this was a great match and I really enjoyed it. There were good teams, good players and good volleyball."
