Italy remain undefeated as they beat France

 

In an European classic battle, Italians dominated French in straight sets

Mexicali, Mexico, September 12, 2015 - Italy remain undefeated after beating France in straight sets 25-13, 25-23 and 25-19 and are one step closer to get into the Top 8 teams.

Sebastiano Milan was the key player of the italian squad by scoring 15 points, also Giacommo Raffaelli, scored 12. France had Joachim Panou as their best offensive player by registering 12 points. Stephen Boyer closed with 9.

Médéric Henry also contributed with 7 points for the French team that struggled with the blocking game after Italy prevailed 8-4 in this department. 

Marco Vitelli was Italy's best blocker with three successful attempts. Both teams were tied in services with 2 on each side of the net.

France surrendered 23 points by error, while Italy only 13, despite showing a much better reception with 42 excellents against 20 by Italy.
